  • It varies by project, but most rates will depend on these key factors:

    • Project Type: commercial, corporate, explainer video, eLearning module, etc.

    • Length: 2 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour or more etc.

    • Usage: Company website, paid media, organic social media, local radio etc.

  • Audio files are typically delivered within 24 - 48 hours, but may vary for larger projects. I’ll keep in touch with you in the event of a delay or scheduling conflict.

  • Absolutely! I offer live directed sessions at no extra cost via the following platforms below:

    • Zoom

    • Discord

    • Google Meet

    • Source Connect Standard

    A live-directed session helps solidify the connection to your message so I can provide exactly what you need right in the moment.

  • Totally! I’m about 30 minutes away from studios in Dallas and Fort-Worth proper, and can record in all remaining suburbs in the area as well.

  • Due to the nature of the business I’m pretty flexible with scheduling.

    Though, I usually operate between 9am - 7pm CDT to maintain work-life balance.

  • Payments are accepted via PayPal, Wise, Zelle, or Venmo.

  • That’s entirely up to you and the needs of your project.

    If you prefer the raw file, the audio will include natural breaths and pauses.

    Though, if you prefer to have a production-ready file, I can clean up the audio with some light EQ so all you need to do is drag and drop.

  • I can provide recordings in WAV, MP3, and custom formats if needed. Let me know which ones you prefer before we start recording as well as your preferred file naming scheme.

  • Pickups such as pronunciation/enunciation, tonal shifts, emphasis or inflections, pacing changes, background/mouth noises, sound clipping, or misreads are included with no added fees as part of our collaboration together.

    Revisions related to script changes, including but not limited to word, sentence modifications, or entire script alterations may incur an additional fee depending on the scope.

  • Absolutely! I work with international clients quite often. I always recommend sending me an email so we can confirm availability and secure your preferred recording date and time in your time zone.

  • Yes, but only for 90 days. If the project gets changed or updated, reconnect with me as soon as possible so we can make sure your project is the best it can be.

  • I do not work for the training of Ai or Ai related systems. All clients will be required to sign an Ai Rider featured in my Scope of Work Contract before recording can be initiated.

  • Thankfully, I haven’t had that happen yet. Though, if the audio isn’t quite hitting the message home, we can continue to work together until the message sings. Unless the message is literally singing, then sing we shall!

  • Yes, I can share samples and references of past projects upon request.
